First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DCP Midstream LP.
Revenue Accountant
I was contacted by DCP's HR staff and my resume was sent to someone currently working there. The HR person was super nice, gave me good advice, and explained the whole process. I met the same HR person in the lobby, and they took me to the room where the interview panel was waiting. They asked me to discuss my previous jobs and my resume. One interviewer explained their role, which helped me connect it to my current job. They asked a lot of personality questions, making it feel like they were looking for people, not just workers. They also asked about general accounting and my future plans. I marked 'no' for the offer stage completion because I haven't received an offer or denial yet.

Staff Accountant
My interview was set up with DCP Midstream HR staff. I submitted my resume directly to DCP HR via Indeed. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable about the job and explained the hiring process. I had to come in for two separate interviews. One with the hiring manager and another one with her boss. Both interviews were pleasant and the people I met were very friendly and open about their expectations. At the time of this review, I have not received a response if I got the job or not.

Accountant
DCP reached out to me for an interview in Denver soon after I applied. The interview was good, the people there were nice and professional. They mentioned I would hear back the next week. However, I didn't hear back and they didn't reply to my follow-ups, which is why this experience was negative.
