Behavioral Technical Case

The interview was pretty easy and not too hard. Most questions were common sense, so no need for a lot of technical prep and they were easy to answer. There were some tough questions that needed deep thought and detail, but most were general, about problem-solving, talking, and basic judgment. So, it felt okay and doable. I felt like if you're confident, know the role a bit, and can explain your experience well, the interview goes smoothly and is encouraging.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process took forever. My meeting with the hiring manager felt like he was bragging about his accomplishment and how he wanted to make a cult like work environment. On my next meeting, my interviewee was 25 mins late and seemed very nonchalant during the interview. After doing about 3 rounds, they came back to me with a rejection and not willing to give me feedback. Complete waste of time

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

I applied online and a recruiter reached out about my availability. I went through several interviews with the hiring manager, technical folks, and cross-functional teams. The technical interviews were good and professional. They gave me an offer, and after some back and forth on negotiation, I signed it and told my old boss I was leaving. I was all set to start the new job, but then the recruiting team told me the company was pulling the offer because of economic worries. It was really unprofessional to back out of a signed offer. It seemed like there was a big communication breakdown internally, and that top management makes sudden, unexpected calls. My experience was pretty bad, and I wouldn't suggest interviewing with them. It might just be a waste of your time and effort, even after you've accepted their offer!

Behavioral Technical Coding

I went through a phone screener, then chatted with the Enterprise Architect. After that, I did a coding challenge on Codingame.com, followed by a conversation with the QA Manager. The final step was a chat with someone from the executive leadership team. The team was really nice and helpful throughout, and you could tell they were passionate about the product. It was a good experience overall, and even though I didn't get the job, I learned a lot.
