The interview process has 4 rounds in total, including a CV screening and a compulsory assignment. The first round is an HR round with a mini case, and the second round is an HR round with a guesstimate. The interview is very conversational, with no grilling, but your assumptions will be tested to check your thinking. It should be easy if you are well prepared. Basic mathematical sums like market sizing were also tested.

We had several rounds talking through cases. It was a multi-round process: 1 HR behavioural round, then 2 case rounds, and finally an in-person round where I had to estimate the market size for solar lamps and define a marketing strategy, as well as assess the market size for spectacles in Bangladesh.

After the resume screening, there was an aptitude test. Then came three rounds of case interviews. The cases were about the social sector and were similar to the company's projects. The whole process was very long, taking over 3 months. The interviewers were nice and the interviews were interesting. But, they didn't stick to their own timelines, which was frustrating. They took about a month to reply after each round, although HR was communicative and sent emails every couple of weeks. The long duration made the experience negative.

It was a case-based interview process, with cases centered around actual development situations. They expect you to use consulting case frameworks, and there were also behavioral questions. It was a total of three rounds. Overall, a good interview process. Make sure to prepare your frameworks beforehand and get some practice in. Don't be shy about asking the interviewer questions.
