The whole thing took about 9 months and involved 4 rounds of case interviews, plus some general questions. The interviews themselves were fine, very professional. But the HR side of things was not great. In the end, they said they couldn't sponsor my visa.

The interview process is similar to classic management consulting interviews. It typically involves 3 to 4 one-hour interviews. I applied online in May and after about a week, I heard back that I'd been shortlisted. Then, I had a Skype interview that was a mix of behavioral questions about my past experience and a case study.
