The interview process has 4 rounds in total, including a CV screening and a compulsory assignment. The first round is an HR round with a mini case, and the second round is an HR round with a guesstimate. The interview is very conversational, with no grilling, but your assumptions will be tested to check your thinking. It should be easy if you are well prepared. Basic mathematical sums like market sizing were also tested.

The case interview process was quite challenging, but the people were friendly and the organization is fantastic. I felt that more case interview preparation resources would have been beneficial. There were only two online resources available, and they didn't accurately reflect the actual tests I encountered.

I interviewed for a role in Abu Dhabi, meeting with both an Associate Partner and a Partner. The interviews were conducted via Microsoft Teams in late 2021/early 2022 and each lasted about an hour. They included a mix of fit questions and NGO/public sector case studies. The difficulty was moderate, but the interviewers were really nice and made me feel welcome the whole time.
