Behavioral Technical

The interview process was very smooth and professional. I was contacted by a recruiter who explained everything about the company and what to expect during the interview. I had 2 interviews back to back. One with the sales manager, and the other with the hiring manager. The first interview was generalized towards my work experience and the details of the job itself and what I could bring to the table. The 2nd interview with the hiring manager was more focused on who I was as a person and what drove me as a person. 3 questions were asked and the hiring manager was down to earth and kept it very real. As I was done with the interview, they let me know whether I would be hired or not right after.
