Software Engineer
It was a very straightforward and transparent interview process, feeling more like a conversation than a checklist. They were very fast with responses, scheduling the next interviews or extending an offer within an hour. There were 3 rounds: a phone call with HR, a Zoom meeting with a development team member, and a final meeting with the CTO. All interviews touched on my understanding of the company, my resume experiences, and my knowledge.
- What is your knowledge about our company?
- Could you share what you know about the company?
Software Engineer
I first had a phone chat with the VP of engineering. Then, they invited me for an onsite interview. There, I met with three engineers who had me solve some whiteboard problems.
- Could you describe how the event loop and call stack collaborate to handle asynchronicity in Javascript?
- What's the distinction between block scope and lexical scope?
- Can you explain the factory pattern in terms of design methods?
Software Engineer
The interview process had a total of 3 rounds. There was 1 HR round and 2 Technical Interview rounds. I had a great chat with the CTO in my final round. To get this opportunity, it's important to have a good understanding of data structures, databases, react.js, and angular, as well as strong knowledge in your area of expertise.
- Could you tell me why you're interested in this role?
- What are your expectations for this position and how does it align with your career goals?
- What type of work environment do you prefer?
