Applied on LinkedIn and heard back the next day from a recruiter. Had a quick 15-min chat, then completed a cognitive test. Following that, there were three Zoom interviews: one with a high-performing AE, another with a Director of Sales, and a final one with a Director of Sales Enablement. The goal was to discuss my experience and outline job expectations. I accepted the offer because I enjoy fast-paced environments. The process was fast, simple, yet thorough.

This was a nightmare experience. A recruiter found me and warned me it was a 'smile and dial' type job, which is fine by me. First, I had to do some personality tests, then a phone call, and finally an in-person interview with three people. They weren't even expecting me when I arrived, despite being told not to come more than five minutes early. It was just weird. I spoke with a former Lacrosse coach who seemed clueless about his role and couldn't answer my sales questions. Then I met a knowledgeable woman who had climbed the ranks – she was great. Lastly, I talked to a guy from the UK who asked more about my family than the job. The company has an empty office and strange hiring processes; something shady is going on.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was pretty simple. I started with a call with a Sales Manager who asked typical sales questions and gave a brief overview of the company. After that, I spoke with a current Account Executive who described the day-to-day responsibilities. Finally, I had an interview with a sales trainer who asked a few questions about my past roles and what I'd learned during the interviews. Overall, it was a straightforward process and all the interviewers were really nice and candid.
