Had a recruiter call first, then a video call, and finally an onsite interview at their main office in Concorde, Ontario. The overall experience was not great because they kept asking the same questions over and over. It seemed like they invited about 4 people to the final onsite round, which felt like a waste of everyone's time.

The recruiter was super helpful, giving me the lowdown on timelines and feedback. Things moved at a good pace between steps. I chatted with the hiring manager online, then went on-site for interviews with him, his director, and the VP. I got a tour and met some folks I'd be working with. The interviews were chill, mostly just talking. I thought I'd get an offer, but they actually canceled the job. Still, the process was good enough that I'm looking at other jobs here.

The interview process involved a mix of phone calls and Teams meetings with potential colleagues and managers. It's quite thorough, usually requiring 3-4 meetings before an offer might be extended. The recruiter is very approachable and makes an effort to follow up and gather feedback throughout the process.

Had a phone interview then went in person for an on-site. They asked normal stuff about my experience, background, and if I had any hobbies. They gave me a tour of the place and told me about the jobs I'd likely be doing. I asked about part-time work: What's a normal workday? They said four 10-hour days, 5 am to 3:30 pm, with possible overtime. Minimum hours for part-time? 30. Can I pick my days/shifts? Days could be scheduled. Only day shifts (5 am to 3:30 pm) available. Can I work over 30 hours? Yes. Weekends? Not usually. Benefits? Nope, only for full-time. Uniforms? No, only for full-time. Personal hats? Not allowed in work areas or hard hat zones. Sleeping in an RV/van/car on-site? No. What's the minimum PPE? Hard hat, protective shoes, vest, safety glasses.
