I had 2 interviews - 1 with recruiter and 1 with the manager. There was 1 practical test in the end. The process took 1 month, onboarding started before I joined. It was overall a smooth process and I had a positive experience. All interviewers seemed positive and genuine.

AppleOne called me because they found my resume online and thought I'd be a great fit for a client. They asked to send my resume, and I agreed. A few days later, they contacted me back, saying the hiring manager liked my resume and wanted to meet. I had an interview with the VP of Operations. It was pretty relaxed, which was nice. He made me feel comfortable and we talked about my work history and hobbies. It felt more like a chat than a formal interview. He mentioned I'd be a good fit for another role in a different branch, which was great because that one had better pay and advancement. I don't have the official offer yet, but the agency says it's a sure thing.

It was pretty disorganized. They had scheduled two people to interview me, but neither of them were available. I ended up waiting about 30 minutes for them to find someone else. The person who ended up interviewing me was actually from a totally different department.
