Started with a company intake at a headhunter, including a long talk about who you are, what job you want to do, and at what kind of company. After this intake, the headhunter introduced me to CRH and the available job. I had a first interview with the HR manager of CRH and a second interview with the manager of the eventual job.

I applied online and a recruiter reached out a few days later to set up a phone interview. That first one was mostly about my past experiences and some general company info. The next interview was a phone call with the hiring manager, where she explained the role in detail. The final interview involved meeting with a few managers who asked how my experience aligned with the job. The whole thing went really smoothly and took about a month. Everyone was upfront and nice throughout the process.

I had one phone interview and then two in-person interviews with the department manager and the direct supervisor. They were pretty standard interviews. It started as a three-month contract, but they ended up hiring me full-time before the contract was up.
