Dishwasher
Got an email for an interview time, but when I got there, they said it was too busy and to come back later. When I came back, I waited almost an hour for a 5-minute chat with another person for the same job. The manager who interviewed me said the actual hiring manager wasn't in. It was pretty disorganized.
- Can you handle working in a fast-paced environment?
Manager
A recruiter hit me up on Indeed and we scheduled a time for a phone interview. It was a quick one, mostly just going over my work history. Then, a district manager called to go over the job more. After that, they set up a face to face interview at the restaurant.
- Tell me about a time you faced a staffing challenge and how you handled it.
Business Intelligence Analyst
So the interview process was pretty decent overall. There were 4 rounds in total. The first one was an AI video interview where I had to record myself. Then I spoke with the Director of Business Intelligence. After that, there was a team fit interview and a technical round. The final round was with the Data Engineer Director. I actually got through all the stages, but unfortunately, they rejected me in the end because they couldn't offer visa sponsorship. That part was a real bummer.
- Estimate the total amount of bacon that should be ordered for the upcoming month, given a lack of historical data.
Sales Associate
My interview wasn't like a typical one, I didn't have to sit down with the manager. Instead, she met me in the store and asked me some questions about the job duties and if I could do them. The interview took about 30 minutes, and I got a job offer right after. It took a bit to get my start date sorted because it was the end of the year and they were busy with holiday orders, so hiring wasn't the top priority.
- Are you available to work on holidays such as Thanksgiving and Mother's Day?
