My interview wasn't like a typical one, I didn't have to sit down with the manager. Instead, she met me in the store and asked me some questions about the job duties and if I could do them. The interview took about 30 minutes, and I got a job offer right after. It took a bit to get my start date sorted because it was the end of the year and they were busy with holiday orders, so hiring wasn't the top priority.

To start, you can either call to schedule your interview or wait for an email to set it up online. You'll meet with either a Retail Manager or a Retail Shift Lead. They'll ask about 5 questions related to customer service and hospitality. If they decide you're a good fit for the team, you'll then complete a background check before moving on to orientation and training.

I applied online and got a text the next morning to set up an interview. I called the next day since I was busy when the message came, and one manager was already kinda rude asking why I didn't call sooner. I got an interview the following day at 3pm. I got there 5-10 minutes early and ended up waiting until about 3:40-3:45 for them to start my interview. When I first arrived, I told someone I was there for an interview, and they sat me at a table and offered me water. After about 25-30 minutes, I asked a worker if they were still planning on seeing me, and they came back saying it was a 'peak time' they were getting over but they knew I was there. One manager eventually came over about 5 minutes later asking if I was still waiting for an interview. I said yes, and she gave me the job description to read. After a few minutes, she sat down to interview me. She got interrupted once or twice for a phone call and didn't seem completely focused on me. She didn't take any notes and didn't seem at all prepared for my interview. She asked if I was nervous because I wasn't smiling much, which is something the workers have to do, even though I was indeed nervous and annoyed by that point. Anyway, at the end, she mentioned they were accepting applications until next week and would call for a second interview if they were interested.
