It started with a recruiter call, then I met with the hiring manager in person. I also had the chance to chat with some team members to understand their daily tasks.

It was a call and then a video call interview, totally chaotic and nonsensical. In the end, they were late and didn't even notify me about it. After the call, they didn't respond anymore, not even to tell me yes or no to the position.

  • Can you tell me about your contacts and if you are able to reach out to them?

It was a really simple process, honestly. They weren't looking for tons of experience, just warm bodies really. Training is very hands-on, which was a plus. The interview itself felt more like a vibe check, testing personality.

A recruiter first contacted me, and then I proceeded to interview with a sales manager. The interview process was straightforward since they are actively hiring many people, but be aware that they are also conducting layoffs, as I experienced.
