Applied online and then got an email from a recruiter about 2 weeks later to set up a Zoom interview because of COVID. The whole thing was about 45-60 minutes and the recruiter was really nice and friendly. It felt like a good mix of chatting and getting info. They started with basic "about you" questions, and then it was mostly situational/behavioral stuff, which is pretty typical for a sales role. The recruiter got back to me really quickly with next steps after the interview. Honestly, the whole process was super smooth – the recruiters were definitely on top of things and quick to respond and give you all the info you needed. It was easily the best interview experience I've had.

I applied online via an employee referral. The next day, I received an email for a phone interview, which was mainly to check my interest and go over my resume. About 3-4 days later, I was emailed again to set up an in-person interview. During the in-person interview, we first reviewed my resume again, so it's important to be ready to elaborate on all your skills and experiences. Then, I got a tour of the floor and shadowed a current representative. Pay attention during this part, as the recruiter will later ask what you learned from it. She asked a few more questions before saying she'd be in touch in a couple of days. I got an offer the very next day and accepted it. Overall, the recruiters and everyone there are very nice and easygoing. Just aim for good communication and to fit the culture.

Applied and got an email about two weeks later to set up a phone interview. I just finished the phone interview. It was really thorough. The interviewer seemed nice, but I really like to chat and felt stressed with each question because our personalities didn't seem to mesh. She sounded like she was eating while talking, and her responses to my answers were just 'Okay,' followed by another question. I wish it had felt more comfortable and welcoming; it felt more like an interrogation. She said she had a few questions left, but there were about 5-6 more, and it felt rushed. She didn't seem interested in getting to know me, which made me feel like it was all business and not about company culture. I prefer jobs where you understand the business and feel like family. I felt like I couldn't be myself without her engaging with me on a personal level. I talked about how I care about people and am empathetic, and I really wished she had responded positively, like 'Our company values that' or 'Helping people is our goal.' It felt like she didn't care about me or helping others. This was the first interview in a long time where I genuinely wanted to hang up, but that's not my style. I should have believed the negative interview and company reviews on here and Indeed. She asked about my previous manager, whom I actually like, even though I mentioned earlier that things weren't great there, but it wasn't because of the main manager. I'm not going to hide why I left a previous job, and honestly, that alone gave me serious anxiety because now I feel like I can't go back and talk to the people I enjoyed working with. Also, during the call, she mentioned they had already filled the position but liked my resume. That was a good feeling, but I didn't understand going so deep into my experience if the job was already filled. I really should have listened to the reviews about avoiding this company, as I just didn't feel like myself.
