So I applied and then got an email for a phone interview. After that, I went in for an on-site interview. The whole process felt pretty casual, which is what drew me in because it's a great place to work after college. The recruiters were all super nice and helpful. The on-site part lasted just over two hours. I got to job shadow and then was asked questions about what I observed. Then, the actual interview happened with standard behavioral questions, questions about my career goals and why I want to work here, and a review of my resume to talk about my qualifications. They said I'd hear back in 1-2 weeks. Just a heads-up, don't let the casual vibe fool you, be really prepared.

I initially talked to some HR folks at my school's career fair; they were friendly and seemed to be accepting lots of resumes. Later that evening, I got a call to set up an interview for the following day. I showed up prepared for the interview the next day. The vibe was super relaxed, and it felt like a conversation the whole time. No tough questions were asked. The recruiter mostly wanted to hear about my past work experiences and what I knew about the company. She asked me some questions about my personality, and then I asked some questions I had prepped beforehand. The entire interview was about 20-25 minutes. I thought I did great, but Coyote didn't offer me the job.

I heard about this place from a friend who works there and they gave me a recommendation. I met some HR folks at my school's career fair and they set up an interview on campus which was super convenient. The interview itself felt really chill and relaxed. The person interviewing me seemed more interested in just getting to know me as a person, not just what my resume said.
