Business Intelligence Analyst
The interview process included a screener with a technical recruiter, then a panel interview. Everything was done via video call. Gia, McKesson's virtual recruiter, scheduled it. You couldn't contact the recruiter directly, and emails were ignored if you tried to ask questions.

Internal Communications Manager
The interview process was pretty standard. It started with a recruiter screening, followed by an interview. Honestly, this was the best interview I’ve ever been on. I really liked the transparency and communication from the recruiting team the whole way through. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Big thanks to McKesson/CoverMyMeds for their approach.

Product Owner
I interviewed with the recruiter, the hiring manager, the team, and then the hiring manager again. So, I was initially ghosted by the recruiter, Michael, but after a lot of follow-ups over several weeks, I heard back that my application was still moving forward. Then I met with the hiring manager, which I felt went pretty well. After that, I met with some key team members, and I thought that went well too. The last step was meeting with the hiring manager again to go over any remaining questions and talk about the next steps. I ended up going on an extended PTO, and then I was completely ghosted, not even an automated email to tell me I was out of the running. I'd be interested to know if there's anything I could have done differently to improve my chances. I'm rating this as difficult because the recruiter was really hard to get in touch with and sometimes unresponsive.

Software Engineering Manager
The process for this Manager, Software Engineering role was pretty standard. First, I had a call with a recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager, and finally a panel interview. They were all pretty much behavioral, focusing on my management experience. The people I talked to were nice and I thought it went okay. It took them about 3 weeks after the panel to get back to me, even though I followed up a few times. When they finally did, they said they'd gone with someone else they knew from a previous job.
