Case Manager
It was a pretty simple interview process. There was a screening call with the recruiter and then that was followed by a virtual interview with a Supervisor and a project day that had you practice a day in the life of a case manager. Received an offer 2 weekish later.

Manager
The interview process was organized and informative. I applied even though I didn't have the specific experience and skills needed for the job. I had a phone interview, and the team quickly let me know I wasn't selected. They did encourage me to stay in touch for future opportunities.

Case Manager
The hiring process started with a 30-minute phone call with a recruiter. I heard back the next day and was invited to a project day, which was scheduled for two days later and lasted about two hours. The first hour involved a video interview with the pod lead, followed by an hour of hands-on roleplaying of daily tasks with a current case manager. Despite being told I'd hear back within a week about the decision, I had to email the recruiter after waiting a full week and then another five days without a response. I'm now assuming I didn't get the job due to the lack of communication.
