I got an email to schedule a phone interview, which I did. After that, I set up a second interview called "Project Day." The first 30 minutes were for general interview questions and talking about myself. Then, the next 30 minutes were spent actually "mocking" the role by helping someone calling CMM. It was laid-back, and they gave me all the materials to do well, so if you didn't do great, it was likely because you didn't study the guides they sent. Honestly, it was the most relaxed and fun interview I've ever had, and I left feeling super confident! I heard back about the job in less than a week.

The interview process was way too long. It started with a 15-minute building tour, then I had to interview with several people who were tag-teaming questions, which was a bit strange. After that, there was a "project day" where I watched a tutorial on how to use their website and then did a role-play exercise using a script between a user and an account coordinator. About a week later, I was told I didn't get the job because of a limited number of openings, but the position was reposted on Glassdoor and Indeed the very next day. This is a customer service role, so there are usually positions available, and I'm not sure why I was given a false reason when I asked for feedback on why I wasn't selected.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied through the CMM website and was contacted by a recruiter about a week later to schedule a phone interview. It was a standard screening call that lasted around 20-30 minutes. After that, they asked when would be a good time for a second interview, which they called a "Project Day." For the Project Day, a current Account Coordinator met me, gave me a tour of the offices across all 4 floors in the Miranova Building, and then I met with a manager. The manager asked typical behavioral questions to learn more about me and my background, which took about 30-40 minutes. Afterward, I met with the Account Coordinator again. She explained the PA process and how to assist customers. She then stepped out so I could think and review the process. She returned about 10 minutes later and asked me some questions about the PA process and the topics we discussed.
