Behavioral Technical Other

I first connected with the company at a campus recruiting event in April. The recruiter seemed very interested and asked for my resume. This was followed by a casual phone chat, and I was told they'd call me back in July. When I hadn't heard anything by the third week of July, I called them and had another informal phone interview, where they said they'd bring me in for an in-person interview. I had to complete an online personality assessment before the interview. When I got there, I met with a recruiter, then took another test that involved logic, problem-solving, and basic math. After that, I met the director of operations and then someone from my potential department. They both interviewed me separately and said I'd hear back within a week. Everyone was nice and the interview questions were fair. However, I didn't hear back after two weeks, so I had to call again to find out I didn't get the job. I know this company is popular, and they want to find the perfect fit. But it was really frustrating having to keep calling to move forward, even though they kept saying positive things. Their communication could have been a lot better. It felt rude to have to call back so many times.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

I applied online and then had a phone interview, followed by two online personality tests. After that, I was invited for a second in-person interview which was about 3 hours long. This included a tour and then two pretty intense interviews with different employees. Later, I was asked back for a third interview called 'project day', which involved role-playing to see if I'd be a good fit for and like the position. I really thought I'd get the job after this stage, but I was disappointed to get an email saying they were moving forward with other candidates. It was a good experience overall, but I was under the impression from the first phone interview that the project day was more about seeing if I liked the job rather than a final screening. Even though I felt the process and project day went well, I didn't get the offer.

Behavioral Technical

I got an email from a recruiter the day after applying. Then there was a 30-minute phone interview, followed by a 1.5-hour in-person interview day. This day included a tour, a critical thinking assessment, and then I spoke with the supervisor and the director of the account specialist department. Everyone was really nice and made me feel welcome. The last step will be a project day if they get back to me, which lets you see what the job is really like and if you'd be a good fit.
