Business Systems Analyst
The interview took place over Zoom and lasted 30 minutes. In this initial interview, expect questions about your previous work experience, accomplishments, areas for improvement, and strong points.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
IT Consultant
I had a phone screen with one person and then a first round with two others. I did well in both and they said they'd send details for the second round the next week. That week went by with no word, so I reached out again. They set up a second round for the next day with the same person who did my phone screen. It was pretty weird because they asked basically the same questions as the first round, like they hadn't gotten any notes from it, so it felt like a waste of time. The second round was supposed to be in person but they changed it to online. I got rejected pretty fast after that second round.
- Can you tell me about your experience with SAP?
Telemarketing Operator
Super nice and practical, recruiters were very polite. Good working hours, everything normal. You can go for the home office positions, they are very good. It's just a bit disorganized sometimes, but it's okay. For anyone not doing anything, you can go for it, it's good to gain experience.
- Are you available to work hours in a home office setting?
Software Developer
I felt the interview process was pretty straightforward. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked some technical and behavioral questions. They wanted to know what my key strengths were that made me qualified for the job and also asked me to describe a time I faced a difficult problem and how I resolved it. After that, the interviewer gave me some background on the company and the role I'd be doing as a software developer if I got the job. From what I understood, the process was supposed to continue with a technical interview after this phone chat, but I didn't make it that far. Still, it was a good interview experience overall.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What are your main strengths that qualify you for this position?
- Could you share an experience where you encountered a difficult problem and how you overcame it?
