Behavioral Technical Coding

They asked me some basic questions about myself and my coding skills in different languages. It was unusual that they didn't give me a technical test, but I guess they plan to teach ABAP on the job and think personality fit is more important.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with an HR phone screening that lasted about 15-20 minutes and focused on standard behavioral questions. This was followed by a 1-hour interview with the managers. They primarily asked behavioral questions but surprisingly delved into my technical experience, questioning my ability to perform the role despite not having a tech background, which was unusual since the job profile mentioned wanting business degrees for this functional consultant position. The interaction with the managers was quite disrespectful; during audio issues, one manager made a rude comment about not caring if I couldn't hear them clearly. This experience made me lose interest in the offer.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring process was exceptionally poor, to the point of feeling deceived. It required personal time and financial investment for an in-person interview. Following the initial round, things appeared standard. However, after the subsequent in-person stage, I was informed a decision would be made within two weeks. This two-week timeframe extended to approximately five months. The HR management was the worst I've encountered, failing to keep candidates informed. Replies came only every one to two months, citing busyness and a strong applicant pool, which seemed untrue given the location's limited appeal. References were requested after three months, and a month later, I was advised to reapply next year, which I certainly will not do. For those who research companies beforehand, like myself, and find little honest information besides typical employee reviews, take my advice and avoid this company. I cannot speak to senior roles, but intermediate or entry-level candidates should seriously reconsider, unless they are willing to be part of such an unprofessional organization.
