First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CONTAX.
SAP Consultant
The HR process was very unprofessional. They scheduled a phone interview, but on the day, the HR said she was busy and wanted to reschedule. The next day, she claimed there was an issue with her VoIP and rescheduled again. On the following attempt, I was asked to call her because her phone wasn't working, and I didn't have international credit, so it was rescheduled. After rescheduling again, I emailed to check in, and she mentioned she had mixed up her meetings. It was rescheduled once more. This initial phone screen took about 10 days to finally set up.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
SAP Consultant
Really bad experience, I suggest avoiding this company. They don't respect your time and left me hanging. I interviewed for 3 months, went through multiple rounds, and after the final round, they didn't respond. I was told to wait two weeks, then another two weeks. After more than a month past the final interview, I reached out to find out they rejected me. This shows the kind of company it is. The team culture seems like a continuation of greek life with a dominant bro culture.
- Why are you interested in CONTAX?
- What is your knowledge of SAP?
SAP Consultant
There were three rounds in total. We started with a phone call, then an in-person meeting, and finished with a video interview. They asked me about my previous experience, my SAP experience, and my experience working with teams. We also discussed my ideal work environment. Finally, they asked me about a time I experienced adversity.
- Can you describe a situation where you faced adversity?
