I had a phone screen with one person and then a first round with two others. I did well in both and they said they'd send details for the second round the next week. That week went by with no word, so I reached out again. They set up a second round for the next day with the same person who did my phone screen. It was pretty weird because they asked basically the same questions as the first round, like they hadn't gotten any notes from it, so it felt like a waste of time. The second round was supposed to be in person but they changed it to online. I got rejected pretty fast after that second round.

I knew that the interview consists of three steps: Phone interview, Local interview, and Local visit. I did the phone interview and everything was very straightforward. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and some key strengths I have. She also asked me to describe one time I had a problem during any project and how I solved it. I think I answered them fine but I was very nervous during the interview so unfortunately, I failed it. It was a good experience for me though!

The initial phone call went great, the person was super professional. But the in-person interview was a different story. Two guys interviewed me and one of them seemed completely uninterested from the start. The job description mentioned training, but it turned out they were actually looking for someone with direct SAP experience, which I don't have. Aside from that, the rest of the hiring process was fine.
