Intern
Okay, so this is a group exercise. First, the facilitator will explain the topic and the rules, like how long we have to discuss and what we need to achieve. Then, everyone gets a quick turn to share their initial thoughts. After that, we'll dive into the main discussion where we'll all share ideas, ask questions, and respectfully challenge each other to build on what others are saying and try to reach an agreement. It's important to show leadership by contributing ideas, keeping the conversation on track, and making sure everyone gets to speak. Be respectful, stay focused, and help find solutions. Near the end, we might sum up the main points, what we decided, or what we should do next. The facilitator might ask for a final summary from the group, and you can give your last thoughts.

Customer Service Engineer
We have developed a model called ChatGPT, which is designed for conversational interaction. This dialogue format allows ChatGPT to handle follow-up questions, acknowledge errors, question incorrect assumptions, and decline inappropriate requests. ChatGPT is a related model to InstructGPT, which was trained to follow instructions in a prompt and provide detailed responses. We are eager to release ChatGPT to gather user feedback and understand its capabilities and limitations. During this research preview, using ChatGPT is free of charge. You can try it now at chatgpt.com.

Application Support Manager
It was nice to be reached out to by Computershare via LinkedIn for this role. I applied, and the interview was on-site. It lasted about an hour and included a mix of behavioral and competency questions. I met with the hiring manager and a potential peer if I got the job. It took two weeks after the interview for me to get a response, and I had to follow up with HR. Interestingly, I saw the job advertised again the day before I was checking for other opportunities. Computershare, if you truly value your people as you say, this kind of experience needs to be consistent from the start, including the interview process.
- Tell me about your experience with standard competency and behavior scenarios.
- Can you share examples of situations that demonstrate your competence and behavioral skills?
Business Analyst
I was asked to come in for an in-person interview, and I showed up at the office, but none of the people interviewing me were actually there in person. They were all calling in remotely and didn't have their cameras on. Nobody bothered to explain what they did before they just started asking questions. It was pretty confusing because I had no idea who they were or what they were looking for, and the questions were really vague. They ended up asking me about SQL stuff that wasn't even in the job description. I had to ask them what their roles were and what projects they were working on.
- Can you explain the purpose of DML SQL commands?
- Can you explain the purpose of DDL SQL commands?
- Could you demonstrate writing some basic SQL queries?
