Group

Okay, so this is a group exercise. First, the facilitator will explain the topic and the rules, like how long we have to discuss and what we need to achieve. Then, everyone gets a quick turn to share their initial thoughts. After that, we'll dive into the main discussion where we'll all share ideas, ask questions, and respectfully challenge each other to build on what others are saying and try to reach an agreement. It's important to show leadership by contributing ideas, keeping the conversation on track, and making sure everyone gets to speak. Be respectful, stay focused, and help find solutions. Near the end, we might sum up the main points, what we decided, or what we should do next. The facilitator might ask for a final summary from the group, and you can give your last thoughts.
