First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Computershare.
Analyst
The interview process was very easy. I had one chat with the recruiter and then another with the manager. They asked basic behavioral questions that you can get ready for beforehand. Everything was done over the phone. The recruiter called me back the same day after the manager interview to let me know I got the job.
- Can you share an instance where you collaborated effectively with others?
Service Analyst
First, you'll introduce yourself, then we'll have a group discussion. You'll step into the role of a marketing manager and come up with a business solution for a company. It's best to include numerical data from the article and speak clearly.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
Test Analyst
The interview process had 3 rounds. The first was a 30-minute audio call with the test manager for introductions and some technical questions. The second round lasted 2 hours, starting with a 30-minute task, followed by 30 minutes to discuss the task, and then a full hour of behavioral questions covering everything. The third round was an audio call with the test manager, focusing mainly on technical aspects. It was a long process, but it would have been good to know the outcome. I attended all 3 rounds and received no feedback. I sent an email to follow up, but got no reply. Very rude.
- Standard behavioral interview questions were asked.
