So I had 3 rounds in total. First was a screening call, then a zoom call with the hiring manager and my potential reporting manager. They went through my resume, my past experience, and asked some behavioral questions. The final round was a presentation. They gave me a mini project scenario and I had to create a 5-slide deck to present as if it were a steer co meeting.

I first submitted my resume online and then a recruiter reached out. After that, I had an in-person interview with two managers from the PMO. The interview was about an hour long and included questions, information about the company, and an overview of upcoming projects.

I applied online and after about a week, I had a phone interview with the recruiter. After that, I got to meet the hiring manager in person at their Toronto office. The interview felt pretty casual, mostly just chatting about my past projects and some standard questions. They said they'd be in touch either way, but I never heard back from them after that.
