Director
The interview process involved an initial screening followed by two evaluations. It's interesting how they post roles globally and then select candidates. Even though you might be interviewing in India, the role could be open in the UK and Germany. While they've set up a center in Bangalore, they tend to favor UK citizens and then other European candidates, as being closer to the hiring manager seems to be a big factor. The only reason they'd consider India is for cost savings; otherwise, they prefer Europeans for operational ease.

2nd Line Support Analyst
The interview experience was very unprofessional. The interviewer, Debbie, refused to turn on her camera, spoke in an abrupt and hostile tone, and made inappropriate comments about my appearance even though I was dressed professionally. She used manipulative language to try and provoke a reaction, but I didn't give one. Her feedback was dishonest and included false information to justify not hiring me. The feedback also felt like a personal attack, lacking any positive remarks. I'm not sure about Debbie's personal views or if she was just having a bad day, but it made me feel very uncomfortable. I'd caution others about applying to this company.

Project Coordinator Apprentice
I went to the assessment centre for the Project Coordinator Apprenticeship in Hatfield. The morning had an individual interview, a chat with a past apprentice, and a group activity. After lunch, we did a 'Why me?' presentation to some assessors. It was a fun day and a fair way to check everyone's skills. They said we'd hear back in a few days, but 8 days later I was told I didn't get it. I asked for feedback on the call, but it's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't got any, even after a reminder email. Computacenter completely ghosted me, which is not okay for a company this size.

Technical Analyst
First, there was an online assessment test lasting 120 minutes. It had aptitude MCQs for 60 minutes (60 questions), technical awareness or algorithm MCQs for 30 minutes (15 questions), and one coding question for 30 minutes. The quantitative aptitude and logical parts were easy, so just work on the basics. The technical aptitude part covered questions from computer networks, operating systems, data structures, and some C output questions. The coding questions were level 2, and if you have a basic understanding of coding, you can do it. Then there was a technical interview (Round 2) and an HR interview (Round 3).
- Some basic networking and OS questions were asked, along with some behavioral questions.
