Had to do some english and maths tests online first which were pretty easy. Then I had a 2 to 1 interview with a client director and someone who used to do this job, which was good. Finally, there was an assessment centre which was tough but in a good way, I think it really helps them find the right people.

Behavioral

My interviewer brought a client director who wasn't even relevant to the role as I don't think she had any experience of interviewing anyone before, and this was for a new team she's been told to head up. The guy who came along (CD) was arrogant, rude and very intimidating. Basically told me they didn't want to interview anyone who wasn't solely applying to CC and CC only and asked me why I came in for an interview to discuss a role when I wasn't trawling through job boards looking for roles (I was approached by a headhunter prospectively). I would never ever ever ever work here. They do not understand that YOU need to sell me the company and the role as much as I sell myself to you. I was even told it was costing CC thousands for me to be sitting in a room with them for me to not even seem like I wanted the job. No thanks Computacenter - I'll pass.

Behavioral Other

I was contacted by a recruiter online and had an initial call where they mostly tried to sell me on the job. After two weeks of no contact, they reached out again about next steps, which involved some back and forth between the recruiter and the sales manager. This whole process didn't make a great impression, especially with the pay being lower than average, so it felt like a waste of my time.
