After applying online, I first had to complete a written test with multiple-choice questions, focusing mainly on aptitude with some technical questions. This was followed by a technical interview based on the skills listed on my resume. Then, there was a managerial interview where they asked about my hobbies, interests, and family. Finally, there was an HR interview.

I had a couple of phone interviews at first. They mentioned this wasn't typical, as they'd usually include another in-person interview, but due to my strong recommendation, they opted for a streamlined process. My single face-to-face meeting involved the hiring manager and team leader, where I also gave a presentation on a provided topic. Oddly, right at the end, I was given a task to write a business letter based on a scenario they presented, which they noted trips up many candidates. I got the offer within two days after this.

A recruiter reached out about my CV for this role. The first round was a 60-minute phone chat with a Technical Architect. It was mostly informal, touching on my experience with some technical questions. The second interview was in person with the Technical Architect and Resource Manager. I had to prepare a 15-minute presentation from a few topics beforehand. They also asked me to write a business email based on a scenario during the interview. We discussed some technical topics, and I got to ask them questions about the job and company.
