Customer Service Representative
The interview was great, with good conversation and a nice atmosphere. They were really welcoming and seemed professional. The HR person kept me updated on the process and gave me more info about the company and the job. The team leader explained their part and asked good questions. Overall, I liked the process and the chat that lasted about 60 minutes with the HR person and Team Leader.
- Tell me about your motivations for applying.
- Can you share an example of how you've dealt with a challenging customer situation?
- How do you manage and prioritize your workload?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was pretty easy and quick. It started with about 30 minutes of simple general questions. Then there was a simulated test call with a difficult client. Since the job requires a foreign language, they also tested that. Ultimately, they offered a salary that was actually less than what they initially promised, which is why I turned it down.
- What makes you want to join our company?
- How would you handle a call with an unhappy customer?
- Can you speak the required foreign language?
Customer Service Representative
Got a call from HR asking about why I want the job, what pay I'm looking for, and when I could start. It was super short, like 3-4 mins. She said she'd pass my info to the team leader. Later, I checked the online portal and it said they went with other people.
- Why are you interested in this role?
- What are your salary expectations?
- When can you start?
