First, there's a numerical and non-verbal test, which can be pretty tough so practice beforehand but don't stress if you don't finish. Next is a video interview where you'll record answers to given questions; you can re-record but don't overdo it. Be yourself and show you've researched the company and why you want to join. Then, there's a face-to-face interview with a Sales/Solutions director and an associate, lasting 30-45 minutes, covering company knowledge, motivation, and competency questions, with time for you to ask questions. Afterwards, you chat with an associate for 15-30 minutes to ask them questions. Finally, there's an Assessment Centre, which is intense. You'll meet other candidates and assessors the night before, have a talk from the MD, and a meal with the CEO, MD, and directors, followed by informal networking at the bar. The next day involves a group exercise, group presentation, individual exercise, individual presentation, a panel interview, and a numeracy/literacy test. During group tasks, work as a team but voice your opinions and take calculated risks. The panel interview is the most challenging; they'll test your resilience with critical feedback. Stand firm and be yourself. It's a long day focused on assessing cultural fit and providing a valuable learning experience.

Got a numerical and logical reasoning test, which wasn't too bad but still needed focus. Then a video interview with 3 questions, you can re-record, and there's a practice question. Followed by a 45-minute face-to-face interview with a client Director and someone currently in the role. Make sure to ask them questions to show you've done your research. You'll need to know your CV well and have competency examples ready, as it was all competency/strength-based. The process concluded with a 2-day assessment center. The night before, there was a networking meal and drinks – just relax and be yourself, seriously. The next day was intense but worth it, with a bunch of different tasks. Super well organized.
