It was very informative, dynamic, and cordial. You leave knowing exactly what's expected of you, just wish the process wasn't so long. You end up waiting a long time for responses, which ends up hindering your decisions because you don't know where your application stands.

The recruiters are pretty relaxed, and the interview is quite dynamic. It stays on topic with the proposed role, which makes us feel comfortable detailing our experience, our goals, etc. The interview itself isn't difficult, but we should always be prepared for any interview we go to. The dynamic of questions can vary.

Presentation Group

I went through a hiring process that lasted about 3 hours. It started with a long presentation about the company's 'values,' which honestly seemed to just be on slides and not reflected in how they treat candidates. Then, there was an individual presentation and a group activity. My group got a lot of praise from the recruiters and even other candidates for being creative and having good ideas. They even said there was 'a spot for everyone.' Despite the compliments and the promise to follow up, I never got any feedback, good or bad. After more than two months, I reached out via messages and emails for information and was completely ignored. I found out other candidates from different groups also heard nothing, even after going through the same exhausting stages. Apparently, the recruiter in charge left the company, and all candidates who had reached that point were just ignored. So, all the effort people put in was basically wasted. If a company has such a long hiring process, the least you expect is respect and transparency for those who give their time and energy. The final impression is of a very disorganized and unprepared HR department. I wouldn't recommend other candidates waste their time with this company until they change their approach to candidates.

The interview was very quick and direct, straight to the point, and conducted with all the required politeness. There was even some lighthearted joking that was completely appropriate. The interviewers were very friendly and professional. Honestly, there's nothing to complain about or suggest.
