Production Operator
Long, lengthy process. I had to redo the pre-employment exam because it was taking too long and expired. But after redoing the exams, it was fine. I think there was a temporary block on the position.

Super easy process, they usually get straight to the point. Not very technical or anything like that. CSN hires people without experience. And that's it. They also mention the low salary, but that it's a great entry point to the port sector.

The Capacitar steelmaking program involves signing up for the course, an HR interview, and then the SENAI Capacitar course. After that, there's an interview with the managers to get into the company and choose areas. It's pretty straightforward, but not everyone who finishes the course gets a job.
