The interview process is quite interesting. They first asked me about my personal experiences. Before the interview, it's good to research the company, its values, and the job description, and really know your own background. You should also practice answering common questions like 'tell me about yourself' and your strengths/weaknesses, using methods like STAR to structure your examples. Then there's usually a screening, which is a quick call or online chat (15-30 min) with HR to check basic info, salary expectations, and your interest. After that, there's an HR and/or Skills interview focusing on soft skills and cultural fit, often a mix of a script and flexibility. This part is about 70% personal skills and 30% professional experience, or vice versa. Finally, there's a Technical or Manager interview to check your hard skills, specific knowledge, and problem-solving abilities for the job. This might include case studies, practical tests, or 'what would you do if...' type questions. These are the final stages.

First, you'll do a self-assessment. This means taking stock of your hard skills like Python or financial modeling, and soft skills such as communication or leadership. Think about what kind of work gets you excited and the company culture where you do your best work, like a startup versus a big corporation, or working remotely versus in the office. Finally, figure out what you want in your next role, not just the title, but what you'll be doing, how you'll grow, and what you'll learn.

- How can I contribute to the group
Graphic Designer
- Given that my background shows different paths than the corporate world, how can you contribute to the environment?
