In-person process with the manager, very quick. The interview was relaxed and positive. The company offers a sense of ease during the process. They discuss what you enjoy doing, your past experiences, your aspirations, and personal objectives.

Sales Representative
It was difficult but productive. The questions had a lot of trickery, which made it a bit complicated. I also didn't know I could use a calculator because there was a lot of math involved.
- In Marcão's store, there were 750 total facings in the beverage aisle, with Coca-Cola having 30% of the sovi. The company requires 55%. How many facings should the company have?
Sales Assistant
- A form was filled out, asking what you like +/- and it's a logic test.
