First, you'll do a self-assessment. This means taking stock of your hard skills like Python or financial modeling, and soft skills such as communication or leadership. Think about what kind of work gets you excited and the company culture where you do your best work, like a startup versus a big corporation, or working remotely versus in the office. Finally, figure out what you want in your next role, not just the title, but what you'll be doing, how you'll grow, and what you'll learn.

I was told to leave my application and they would call me in a few days. I was told to be patient, that they had to check the application, and that they would call me because they need to check it. The guard told me this, they didn't even let me in.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was very relaxed, with qualified and polite people. Everyone was attentive and respectful towards the interviewees, explaining the entire process in detail and openly, without hidden meanings. The written test was quite easy and the time provided was also very good. I haven't taken the practical test yet because there wasn't a truck available on the day.
