The interview process was okay. However, I think it would be important if they provided feedback on areas for improvement for future selection processes. That would make the experience much more complete and useful for candidates. On the other hand, my experience with the medical exams was not positive, as I perceived an unprofessional attitude from the doctor.

Super fast process, no delays, straight to the point, very efficient, effective and constructive. Had ready-made, open-ended questions to freely discuss topics about previous employment, reasons for hiring, and activities where you have strengths.

The interview process was good, the team was attentive and it seems like an organized company with good HR. The process was pleasant and without surprises. I would apply again for another search. In this opportunity, the HR department behaved very well. Maybe they should improve the salaries and give more room for development.
