iOS Developer
So I got selected for the iOS Developer role, they sent over a LOI with a joining date of April 6th, 2026. I accepted it and resigned from my job, did all my exit stuff and got my documents. Then, out of the blue, they emailed saying the role is on hold. No reason, no apology, no compensation. I tried reaching out via email and WhatsApp but got no response. This whole thing caused me a lot of financial and professional problems. My advice to management is, don't issue LOIs if you're not sure about the role. Candidates make big decisions based on your offers. Ghosting someone after they've resigned is really bad and unethical. At least communicate properly and own up to the damage you've caused.
- Can you explain the basic Swift memory management system?
Software Development Engineer
So, this whole campus recruitment thing is like a big test to find the best people. First, there's an aptitude test, which is basically to see if you're good with numbers, logic, and words. If you pass that, you go into a group discussion (G.D.), where they watch how you talk and work with others. After the G.D., there's an H.R. interview. This one's all about your personality, if you'd fit in, what you want to do in the future, and some 'tell me about a time when...' kind of questions. The last part is the technical interview, where they really dig into what you know about the core stuff, how you solve problems, and if you can actually do the job.
- They asked me to write the logic for an easy array question.
- They asked me to write the logic for a medium array question.
- They asked me a situational question.
HR Specialist
My interview experience with Chetu was pretty bad. They asked for a photo of me before the second interview, which was weird but I sent it. The Zoom interview had an interviewer who didn't introduce herself and some people on the phone who just listened. It felt awkward. The interview was super short, like 10 minutes, and she just said she'd schedule an in-person interview and then hung up while I was still saying thanks. It was rushed, rude, and not professional at all.
- Can you describe your previous work experience?
Technical Project Manager
The interview process was really smooth and everyone was super nice. They asked me about some technical details, like full forms for acronyms and definitions of terms. I was also asked to talk through a few hypothetical scenarios and explain what I would do in certain situations.
- Are you certified in project management?
- What do those acronyms stand for?
- What do you understand by this technical term?
