First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Chetu.
iOS Developer
So I got selected for the iOS Developer role, they sent over a LOI with a joining date of April 6th, 2026. I accepted it and resigned from my job, did all my exit stuff and got my documents. Then, out of the blue, they emailed saying the role is on hold. No reason, no apology, no compensation. I tried reaching out via email and WhatsApp but got no response. This whole thing caused me a lot of financial and professional problems. My advice to management is, don't issue LOIs if you're not sure about the role. Candidates make big decisions based on your offers. Ghosting someone after they've resigned is really bad and unethical. At least communicate properly and own up to the damage you've caused.
- Can you explain the basic Swift memory management system?
Senior iOS Developer
The process was smooth, with 3 interview rounds: a telephonic interview, a Skype interview, and a face-to-face interview. There was also an HR round. It all took about 3 days, and then I got an offer letter.
- Questions were related to iOS and Swift basics.
iOS Developer
It started with an aptitude round, which was pretty easy and included general aptitude, reasoning, quantitative stuff, and some old iOS questions as MCQs. Then came a face-to-face technical interview where they asked general questions about things like core data and storage. The last round was a managerial one, and that was easy too.
- General aptitude questions, similar to what's asked in many previous cat exams.
