They have many rounds of interviews, and they didn't reply on time about the interview results. They also didn't discuss the job description clearly. For a single role, they call you two to three times with different HR people.

It was a good experience overall at Chetu. The process started with a computer-based aptitude test. After clearing that, there were three rounds of technical interviews. The interviewers were all good, polite, and understanding. Following the technical rounds, an HR round was conducted where all the terms, conditions, and policies were explained very well. I received the offer letter within 2-3 working days without any delay. However, my joining has been postponed due to COVID. The HR remains very polite and assured me that they will provide joining as soon as possible. Hoping for the best.

Behavioral Other

I went to their office in Noida Sec 63 for a walk-in interview. The travel took 3 hours, but I was only there for 5 minutes. They asked about my current CTC, my current offer, and then said they could match my current offer. For someone with two years of experience, they offered 3.5 LPA, which was less than my previous company's CTC and about half of my current offer. They then asked me to leave. The office didn't have a proper receptionist; when I called beforehand, a security guard answered and told me to come over. He confirmed the walk-in was happening even though no one else seemed to be there. It was a total waste of 6 hours, money, and energy.
