I recently interviewed for a job and it went really well. The whole process was easy and not scary at all. The questions were easy to understand and mostly about my background and general skills. Nothing tough or surprising came up, so it felt like a normal, comfortable chat. The person interviewing me was nice and professional, which made things feel relaxed. It was a good experience overall, definitely one of the easiest interviews I've had.

I did a walk-in interview with the manager, then got a call from HR, and then onboarding. It took about 2 weeks to hear back from their team. It was a solo interview, but training is done across departments mixed together by onboarding dates. We would split up for individual department stuff, otherwise, we had general training collectively.

The initial screening was good and included basic questions that every applicant should know, covering your experience, how you fit the role, and your motivation for working at the company. They let you know right away if you're moving to the second interview. The second interview was also good; the hiring manager was friendly, and the questions were accurate for the role.
