Cashier
I recently interviewed for a job and it went really well. The whole process was easy and not scary at all. The questions were easy to understand and mostly about my background and general skills. Nothing tough or surprising came up, so it felt like a normal, comfortable chat. The person interviewing me was nice and professional, which made things feel relaxed. It was a good experience overall, definitely one of the easiest interviews I've had.
- What makes you want to join our company?
Sales Associate
I did a walk-in interview with the manager, then got a call from HR, and then onboarding. It took about 2 weeks to hear back from their team. It was a solo interview, but training is done across departments mixed together by onboarding dates. We would split up for individual department stuff, otherwise, we had general training collectively.
- Do you have prior experience in seasonal roles?
Team Leader
The initial screening was good and included basic questions that every applicant should know, covering your experience, how you fit the role, and your motivation for working at the company. They let you know right away if you're moving to the second interview. The second interview was also good; the hiring manager was friendly, and the questions were accurate for the role.
- What are your main strengths and areas for improvement?
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?
- Describe a situation where you were responsible for assigning tasks to your team.
Sales Associate
After you submit your application and resume online, you’ll usually have a first in-person or video interview with the hiring manager. They want to see if you’re qualified, have the right experience, and would fit in well with the company culture.
- Could you tell me why you’re interested in working for Cablas?
- What’s your favorite outdoor activity?
