I did a walk-in interview with the manager, then got a call from HR, and then onboarding. It took about 2 weeks to hear back from their team. It was a solo interview, but training is done across departments mixed together by onboarding dates. We would split up for individual department stuff, otherwise, we had general training collectively.

I was contacted pretty quickly to set up an interview. It was super short, and they asked the usual stuff like why I want to work there. They said they'd get back to me. Three weeks later, they called about a phone interview for the next week. So, I've had two interviews now, and it's been over a month. I followed up, and the manager said it's a long hiring process. I mean, it's not like I was applying to work for NASA or anything. By the time they decide, I'll probably have found a different job. I wonder how they manage to hire anyone if this is their usual way of doing things. If you need a job fast, you should probably avoid this place.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I applied online on a Friday and got a call on Monday for an interview on Wednesday. It was a standard interview with the GM, and the customer service lead also listened in. A couple days later, I had a second interview with the floor manager. This was one-on-one, and it was a typical interview, but it ended with a role play where I had to pick one of four products (hiking shoes, a tent, binoculars, fishing lures) and sell it to the interviewer. After the second interview, I took a drug test, and got an offer a few days later.
