Marketing Analyst
The interview was scheduled and conducted online. The recruiter was late for the first interview, so we had to reschedule. On the second attempt, the recruiter changed the initially scheduled time without notice (but I was paying attention to the invite) and then was late again. I proposed a new time, but when she saw the message on WhatsApp and replied, she was uncompromising and wanted it done right away. Unfortunately, I should have refused and ignored it. The interview was very poorly conducted; the recruiter was in an apparent meeting room with many people talking loudly. It was literally visible throughout the call how uninterested she was, and at times she even forgot to continue and ask more questions. Terrible first impression and experience. They didn't get back to me, but honestly, after that interview, I really hoped they wouldn't.

Senior CX Analyst
I applied for the job through the BTG careers website. Initially, I got an email saying I wasn't selected, but a few days later, HR contacted me via WhatsApp to invite me for an interview. It was an interview with the area manager and an HR person. It was a very relaxed chat with a chance to talk about my experience. Two weird points: When asked what I wouldn't like to find at BTG, and I answered moral harassment, the manager's expression changed. I explained that I have no problem with disagreement and difficult conversations, but as long as everything is done within the limits of respect, it's fine. And the insistence on asking why I wanted to work at BTG. When I generically answered that the bank is the biggest in the segment and it would be an excellent opportunity, the same question came again. From what I've read here, they ask this question to everyone.

- What is your understanding of BTG?
Software Engineer
The interview had 3 technical evaluators and a recruiter. It was a very technical interview. You need to study or have good knowledge of the stack to pass. They focus a lot on what they use in their squad. Even if you have other knowledge, they want someone ready to use what's already configured there. This isn't a criticism, it actually made me aim higher, it's just a tip for those who will interview.
- Could you explain the concepts and functioning of annotations in Spring?
- What are the concepts of Kafka?
- What are the concepts of RabbitMQ?
Tech Lead
- Could you create a structure for the rock-paper-scissors game?
- Questions regarding lambda and SQS were asked.
- What is the difference between a topic and a queue?
