The interview process emphasizes cultural fit and alignment of personal life goals with the company's culture. The process was very relaxed and transparent regarding the stages and expectations. My experience was quite different from the usual, possibly because I was very keen and agreed with their principles. The whole process was great, with nothing to complain about.

My experience in the bank's selection process was below expectations. Communication with the HR department was extremely slow, requiring frequent initiatives from my side to get answers. The responsible parties showed zero proactivity and lacked consideration for the candidate. After waiting for almost two months, I was notified of the rejection via a generic email from another recruiter, without any follow-up from the person in charge of my process. Despite being such a recognized bank, I felt like I went through a completely amateur and unprepared process. I wouldn't recommend the environment to anyone.

O processo seletivo começou com uma banca avaliativa com 2 gestores da área e uma pessoa do RH, com cerca de 9 candidatos. Começamos com um pitch pessoal, e os gestores fizeram perguntas. Cinco dias depois dessa etapa, a recrutadora informou que eu passei para a próxima fase. Fiz a entrevista com empolgação e confiança, mas esperei semanas por um retorno. Mandei um e-mail para a recrutadora perguntando sobre novidades, mas não tive resposta. Até hoje, não recebi nenhuma devolutiva, nem mesmo um aviso automático de reprovação. Acho uma falta de responsabilidade não dar um retorno, especialmente para quem pode estar desempregado, ansioso e esperançoso, e se dedicou a estudar a empresa.
