The interview process involved three one-on-one interviews with different people, plus a group interview. There were also virtual logic tests. I was asked to present a practical case study, and the managers asked me questions in real-time during the presentation. They always provided feedback on time.

The first part was an interview with 4 other candidates along with HR and the area management. The second part was supposed to be an interview with the area director, if the candidate passed the first. I passed to the second stage, had an interview scheduled, and guess what: the interviewer didn't show up. I contacted HR, who rescheduled the second stage interview, and guess again: the interviewer didn't show up again. I contacted HR again, who then disappeared for a good while. They showed up weeks later with a generic email communicating the rejection. Kind of ironic, since I didn't even have the interview, right?
