The first part was an interview with 4 other candidates along with HR and the area management. The second part was supposed to be an interview with the area director, if the candidate passed the first. I passed to the second stage, had an interview scheduled, and guess what: the interviewer didn't show up. I contacted HR, who rescheduled the second stage interview, and guess again: the interviewer didn't show up again. I contacted HR again, who then disappeared for a good while. They showed up weeks later with a generic email communicating the rejection. Kind of ironic, since I didn't even have the interview, right?
