The interview had 3 technical evaluators and a recruiter. It was a very technical interview. You need to study or have good knowledge of the stack to pass. They focus a lot on what they use in their squad. Even if you have other knowledge, they want someone ready to use what's already configured there. This isn't a criticism, it actually made me aim higher, it's just a tip for those who will interview.

Group Behavioral

The interview was a group setting with about 13 other candidates, but there wasn't any group dynamic activity. It was basically an hour and a half of people introducing themselves and asking questions at the end about any doubts regarding the process. I think the interviewers could barely get to know each candidate because it was kind of disorganized, as it's not interesting and even discouraging for other candidates to learn about the professional and academic details of their competitors.

First I had a recruiter interview that was super chill, made me feel really comfortable. They asked about my routine, if I had issues working after hours (since the bank culture involves overtime), how I handled pressure, and other stuff to get to know me. After that, I had the interview with the directors. I was interviewed by 6 Directors, yes, 6 directors at once. What made me uncomfortable was the sheer number of directors at the same time, which made me a bit nervous, and since they were all men, I felt uncomfortable. I didn't end up getting an offer or any feedback from anyone, not even HR.
