The interview process can differ since you first talk to a Brooksource recruiter, and then you interview with the company they're placing you with. For me, I had a phone screen with my recruiter, then an experience interview with them, and lastly a brief behavioral and technical interview with the manager at the company where I would be contracted.

It was pretty straightforward. I had two rounds with the contracting company. First, I spoke with a manager, and then I met with that same manager along with two senior developers. We discussed my past work and projects I'd done in my free time. They were also checking my personality fit, so it's good to be friendly.

The interview started with a discussion about my profile and experiences. We then moved on to validate my experience against the job description. Following that, we reviewed some case study problems and talked about the day-to-day roles and responsibilities. Overall, it went well, and good communication was a key advantage by the end of the day.

The interview process was AMAZING for me! A recruiter from the company reached out to me via LinkedIn and explained the details of the job and set up a phone call that day. From that point on, the interview process went just as well. Virtual interviews were set up each week and I got to know more about Brooksource and the culture. My in-person meeting was very organized and I felt very welcomed by everyone in the office. After accepting my offer, multiple people within the company reached out to congratulate me and welcome me to the team.
