I was first approached at a job fair, then referred to an on campus in person round which transpired to a phone call and then a final in person round in my market. 3 rounds total, quick phone intro, then a more in depth virtual round, and one longer final in person round.

It was super easy and went really well with the lady I spoke to. She then emailed me to watch some videos and fill out a form. I did that and sent back everything she needed. I emailed her again but never heard back, which was a waste of my time and unprofessional since I took the time to interview.

After applying online, a recruiter called me for an initial phone screen. Then I had a Zoom interview with another person from the company. After that, I went into the office for a 2-hour interview with several people. My recruiter would call me before each interview to help me prep, which was awesome. Everyone was really nice and thorough throughout. They asked me if I was interviewing with other companies and was in the final stages, and I said yes. They called me that same afternoon with a job offer.
